International Private Network
Tazouda — The Founding Circle
A private network for investors without mandatory events. Founding Circle: capped at 35 formally admitted members.
Core Principles
Tazouda is a private membership framework for investors, entrepreneurs, and family offices who prioritize discretion over visibility and who do not seek agendas, staged formats, or social obligation.
Autonomy
No attendance quotas. Membership standing is not linked to participation frequency.
Discretion
No public member lists, no media, no public positioning. Privacy protocols are defined in the Membership Agreement and may be specified per gathering.
Non-commercial setting
No pitches, solicitation, or fundraising within the gathering setting. Commercial outcomes may occur privately, but they are not programmed by format.
Protocol of Absence
Presence is always optional.
- No mandatory events or participation requirements
- No speeches, no seating plans, no guided introductions
- No sponsorship slots and no sales pressure
Connections form at the pace and initiative of those present.
Operational Scope
Tazouda functions as a private network for investors without mandatory events.
Once operational, the framework facilitates small-scale gatherings at private locations selected for privacy and calm. Details are provided in advance for each gathering.
Model: Pay-per-Event
- Members pay only for gatherings they choose to attend.
- Invoicing reflects the cost structure of each gathering; no margins are added to accommodation or venue costs.
- Cancellation terms are defined per gathering in advance.
Indicative range: USD 15,000–35,000 per person, per event (depending on location and duration).
Member Profile
Admission is based on compatibility with the framework and behavioral fit, not financial metrics alone.
- Prioritize privacy and autonomy structurally
- Do not require organized deal flow or public visibility
- Value substantive dialogue without transactional pressure
Not compatible: individuals seeking lead generation, business development, or structured networking.
